No platform account needed, no service fees.

Alternatively, use the booking request form and we will contact you within the same timeframe. We do not use automated booking engines — every reservation goes through a real person who knows the bungalows personally.

Low season (May–October): last-minute is fine, even 1–2 days ahead works for most bungalow types. High season (November–April): book 2–4 weeks ahead. Peak season (December–February, including Christmas, New Year, and Vietnamese Tet): book 4–8 weeks in advance — pool bungalows at Ong Lang especially fill fast. We hold your dates free for 24 hours while you finalize flights.

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check-in — full deposit refunded within 2 business days. Cancellation 3–6 days before check-in: 50% deposit refund. Within 72 hours of arrival: deposit is non-refundable. Date changes are accommodated flexibly when bungalow availability allows — message us and we sort it out. Force majeure (flight cancellations, natural disasters, medical emergencies with documentation): full refund regardless of timing.

Minimum stay is 2 nights for most periods. During peak season (December–February) and major Vietnamese public holidays, a 3-night minimum may apply. Monthly stays (28+ nights) receive a 25–30% discount and include free scooter hire. One-night stays can sometimes be accommodated — ask via WhatsApp and we will check availability.

Yes — every bungalow has a full inverter air conditioner as standard. All 12 bungalows at Phu Quoc Beach Bungalows include AC regardless of type or price point. The units are quiet inverter models (12,000–18,000 BTU depending on bungalow size) that cool a cabin to 20–22°C within 10 minutes. Phu Quoc's average temperature is 28–30°C, so AC is used by most guests every night.

WiFi runs at 50+ Mbps (typically 55–70 Mbps in speed tests), via a fibre-optic connection with dedicated bandwidth per bungalow. This is enough for HD/4K streaming, Zoom/Google Meet video calls, and comfortable remote work. Digital nomads regularly stay for weeks using the garden cabin as their workspace. Garden cabins nearest the main router have the strongest signal; beachfront units are served by a WiFi extender.

Yes — a shared pool is available to all guests at no extra charge, open 07:00–21:00, cleaned daily with a salt-chlorine blend. Pool bungalows at Ong Lang additionally include a private plunge pool (4 m x 2.5 m, 1.2 m deep) on the bungalow terrace — exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. The shared pool has a 1.5 m deep section and a shallower wading area suitable for children.

Free scooter hire is included in weekly and monthly stays. For shorter stays, we arrange hire through a trusted partner at the local rate of $6–8/day for a semi-automatic 110cc Honda — the standard island choice. Helmets are provided. We also rent manual motorbikes and bicycles. No international licence is technically required for under-50cc bikes in Vietnam, though a regular licence is recommended; we advise guests on the practicalities when they arrive.

Children are welcome at all bungalows. Garden and beachfront bungalows sleep up to 3 guests with an extra mattress on the floor (small supplement applies for a third adult). The shared pool has a shallow section; Long Beach is calm and flat — ideal for children. Infant cots are available free on request. We advise families to take the beachfront bungalow for easiest beach access.

We accept: bank transfer (USD or VND), PayPal (friends and family), Wise (formerly TransferWise, zero-fee international transfers), USDT/USDC and major cryptocurrencies, and cash on arrival for the balance. A 30% deposit is required to confirm; the remaining 70% is due on check-in day. We do not have a card terminal on-site, but PayPal accepts major cards if you prefer that route.

No hidden fees — the price you agree with us via WhatsApp is the total you pay. No cleaning fee, no resort fee, no service charge, no tourist tax added at checkout. All inclusions (AC, WiFi, pool, beach access, hammock, welcome fruit platter, airport transfer for 3+ nights) are already factored into the nightly rate. The only optional extras are meals (not included but plentiful nearby) and individual tours.
